Gate access is available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Our on-site kiosk is available 24/7 for rentals and payments.
No! All of our storage units are available on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts or commitments required. You can rent for as long as you need and cancel with notice.
Our climate-controlled units maintain temperatures between 65°F and 85°F year-round, regardless of outside conditions. This protects your belongings from Texas heat, humidity, and temperature fluctuations. Ideal for furniture, electronics, documents, musical instruments, and artwork.

Yes. Our facility features 24/7 digital video surveillance, electronic gate access with personal passcodes, individual unit alarm systems, and a fully fenced and gated perimeter. We maintain detailed access logs for every entry.
Absolutely! We offer secure outdoor parking for RVs, boats, jet skis, trailers, and other vehicles. Our location is conveniently close to Canyon Lake and the Guadalupe River. Parking starts at $80/month.
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. You can pay online, at our office, or using our 24/7 on-site kiosk. Automatic payment options are also available for your convenience.
It depends on what you're storing. A 5'x5' unit fits about 20-30 small boxes. A 10'x10' fits a 1-2 bedroom apartment. A 10'x20' can hold a 3-4 bedroom house. Check our size guide for detailed recommendations or call us for help.
