"The fact that my code had been temp shut down because I was a day late caused some issues. I am a fishing guide and had a trip booked on a Sunday. I went to get my boat on Saturday and head to the coast but the code didn't work. That's when I realized I needed to make a payment, which I did, but still could not get in. No emergency or after hours phone number for help. Waited at the gate for several minutes for help. Had to cancell my trip."
